Hackathon Keynote Speaker: BiaSciLab

1:00 PM - 2:00 PM

Event Details

In honor of Computer Science Education Week, we're hosting our third annual Hackathon with the Warren County Library Makerspace. Of course, this year is a bit different. We're going all virtual!

Our Keynote Speaker for 2020 is BiaSciLab. At just 12 years old, she's already an accomplished coder, hacker, speaker, writer, and educator. She's also the founder and CEO of GirlsWhoHack, non-profit dedicated to teaching girls the skills of hacking so that they can change the future.

BiaSciLab will talk about her efforts to bring more young people into coding and educate us all about the technology behind elections and election security. Don't miss this opportunity to learn and ask one of our local technology treasures your questions. Bring the whole family to be inspired!

This talk will take place over Zoom and will be shared on YouTube afterward. You must provide a valid email address to participate.
